Aldo Bensadoun is the CEO of Aldo Group Inc., a privately held Montréal company founded in 1972. 

Monsieur Bensadoun completed his education in France, studied at Cornell University in New York, and completed his studies at McGill in Montreal. Today, the Aldo Group retails footwear and accessories in North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. He is actively involved in the day-to-day operation of the company with particular focus on merchandising and human resource development activities. 

Mr. Bensadoun is involved in a variety of organizations, including Retail Council of Canada, the International Council of Shopping Centres and the National Retail Federation. He is also member of the Board of Hope and Cope, and a director and supporter of several prominent healthcare and education institutions.

Since 1985, Mr. Bensadoun has been an active supporter in the fight against AIDS and has committed millions of dollars towards AIDS awareness and research organizations and hospitals including CanfAR, AmfAR and YouthAIDS.
